* Job Description:
- Checking and making payment process the fees for tour guides and process daily
payment.
- Issue Invoice to collect customer's fee basing on Sales' program
- Follow up monthly revenue
- Follow up each customer's debt, number of accounts receivable, deposit
- Mail to customer in English or French
- Check and make comparison to the payment basing on program, booking, every partner's debt.
Candidates will be discussed at the interview for further detail

* Requirement:
- Graduated from financial institutions, National Economy, University of Commerce, Union College, the Banking Institute
- Be able to use English in writing, reading, listening and speaking
- High competence in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook), accounting software
- Good communication skills.
- Good analyze, report skills
- Creative, problem solving
- Be careful, honest, hard-working and enthusiastic
- At least 02 year experience
- Capable of working independently, overtime and under pressure
- Experience in Travel a bonus (but not required)
- Special Preferred to candidates who can use French
